Dr Ashly Ochsner

I am a husband, father, Doctor, teacher, and most of all a STUDENT.  I am the founder of Health From Within, a complete wellness center serving the Midwest for over 9 years.  Health From Within was created for the sole purpose of educating and leading individuals and families in living an optimally healthy life. Health From Within has branches in Dubuque, IA, Moline, IL, and Orland Park, IL.  I am also a sought after health and wellness speaker in my community, the State of Illinois, and throughout the chiropractic profession. I have spent and continue to spend countless hours and resources on post-graduate education to maximize my knowledge and skills on the latest corrective, wellness, prenatal, and pediatric wellness care, as well as cellular nutrition and detoxification – including applying my latest training in the “Defeat Autsim Now” biomedical approaches and principles to assist the recovery of the Autistic Spectrum Children in today’s world.  I look forward to interacting with those in the Autism One community.   Sincerely, Dr. Ochsner
