How The Food Industry Is Destroying Our Food Supply - And What You Can Do About It", by investigative journalist Thomas F. Pawlick. He talks about how the vitamin and mineral content in even veggies and fruits has gone down over the last decades, while the salt and fat content (as well as toxins) has been increasing.
