Supreme Court Weighs Whether Vaccine Makers Can Be Sued

On Tuesday October 12th 2010, SCOTUS heard Bruesewitz v. Wyeth, and will decide whether or not families have the right to sue vaccine makers in court as they would be able to do for damages from any other product.
