Potty CRAZY!!

I'm trying to potty train my 9 year old Candace, I put her on the toilet and she sits there for 20 minutes. Nothing!! She will hold it and then when she gets off I put on her diaper. Then she'll go hide in a room and go potty? I'm going CRAZY!! I need help!! The more suggestions the better!!

maybe wrap the toilet seat in diapers. Candace might feel comfortable in her diaper as opposed to a cold plastic seat. Remember when you were little how cold that seat was? I sure do do!!!!!!
