What are the economic interests behind this swine flu epidemic (falsely declared pandemic by WHO) that we hear about over and over?

CDC has recently revised its autism rate to a lower level. We now have 1 person out of 91 (instead of 1 out of 150) affected by this devastating neurological disorder. The newspapers hardly talk about it yet we have a real epidemic. If it were not for the loud voices of a handful of non profit organizations founded by parents affected by autism, the newspapers would never brush the subject. This is a disturbing subject especially if the finger is pointed directly at the pharmaceutical companies.

When the famous avian flu appeared ten year ago the international press flooded us with articles on the issue. An epidemic, the most dangerous of all... a pandemic!

All we could hear about was this terrifying bird disease. Yet the avian flu has only caused about 250 deaths over 10 years; that is 25 deaths a year.

The common flu kills half a million people per year in the world so we have half a million deaths versus 25 deaths a year.

Wait a minute... Wait a minute please! Why was there such a brouhaha? Why was there such a scandal around the avian flu?

Because behind the chicken there was a “Rooster”, a rooster with a big crest.

Its name is the international pharmaceutical company ROCHE (http://www.roche.fr/portal/eipf/france/rochefr/institutionnel) manufacture of Tamiflu sold by millions of doses to Asian countries.

Although the effectiveness of Tamiflu is questionable, the British government ordered 14 million doses to protect its population.

Thanks to the avian flu, ROCHE and RELENZA, the two largest pharmaceutical companies for antiviral sales, have realized millions of dollars in profits.

We had the chickens and now here we go with the pigs! The swine flu worldwide is all the media talk about. I am wondering... If behind the chicken we had a “Rooster” why wouldn’t we have a “Big Pig” behind the pigs?

The North American company, Gilead Sciences http://www.gilead.com/ owns the Tamiflu patent. The main shareholder of Gilead Sciences is, Donald Rumsfeld, Defense Secretary of State for Georges Bush, and to many people the instigator of the Iraq war. Don and the other shareholders from the pharmaceutical companies ROCHE and RELENZA must be jumping up and down with delight, happy with the millions of new Tamiflu sales.

But the real pandemic is the pandemic of money with the enormous profits made by these health mercenaries. I do not argue with the current safety measures being taken by all of the countries around the globe but if the swine flu is the terrible pandemic announced by the media, why don’t we declare this pandemic a world public health problem? Why don’t we authorize the manufacturing of generic drugs to fight it? Why don’t we momentarily get by without the patents of ROCHE http://www.roche.fr/portal/eipf/france/rochefr/institutionnel and RELENZA and distribute generic drugs for free to all of the countries and in particular to the poorest countries? Wouldn’t this be a better solution? Unless this is a big joke and no real threat is looming upon mankind.

There is nothing better than a good case of flu to turn people away from the real problems – like the dramatic increase of autism cases (1 out of 91) officially declared by CDC. Such an increase is certainly not due to better diagnostic tools. Follow the pharmaceutical companies and you will find the culprits one more time...
