Autism International Association Inc. is the exclusive owner and operator of AutismOne.org (the website) and the associated AutismOne Radio.
As used in this Agreement, "We" and "Us" means Autism International Association Inc.or any successor or assignee.
“Service(s)” refers to information provided in pages of this web site and to webcasts provided through Autism One Radio.
Services provided by this website are for general information purposes only. The information is provided by Us and while We endeavour to keep the information up-to-date and correct, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the website or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the website for any purpose. Furthermore, opinions expressed by participants in webcasts are those of the participants and do not necessarily represent positions of Autism International Association, Inc. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk.

By visiting AutismOne.org you agree that the laws of the state of California, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms of Agreement and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Us or our affiliates.
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to AutismOne.org shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Los Angeles, California, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate AutismOne.org’s intellectual property rights, We may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of California, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator’s award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

(fax to 888-780-0663) or email to autism@microspec.com (You can also mail to Autism One Conference, c/o MicroSpec Registration, 4603 Spring Branch Ct, Louisville, KY 40241-5526). For notices received prior to April 25, 2008 your registration fee will be refunded less 25% cancellation charge. No credits given for late notices or for "no shows".
