Craniosacral Therapy (CST): Understanding its Effect on Brain & Body Function
CST, a gentle manual therapy, stretches and mobilizes tight soft tissues. Autism spectrum issues of both gut and brain inflammation may be one cause of these tissue restrictions and abnormal force and tension. Under these conditions, the underlying organs and body structures do not work as efficiently in fluid and waste exchange. Behavioral challenges can be associated with specific strains on brain or body areas. History, technique overview, and several case studies will be presented.
